Cancellation Policy

Currently, we do NOT support auto cancellation, so if you want to cancel your order, please send us the cancel request as soon as possible via email support@webrick.com or contact the customer service team online. The request should include the order number + reason for cancellation.

Generally, orders over 24 hours can NOT be canceled. However, situations can be varied in different orders. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be issued to you within 7 days.

 

Part orders

As part orders are customized, they can NOT be canceled once they enter the picking process. To ensure fast shipment, we usually begin sorting parts in 12-24 hours after orders.

 

Sets and Lighting Orders

They can be canceled before shipment. However, sets are pre-packaged, so the orders are usually sent out within 24 hours.

Sets and Lighting Orders

To ensure your online return is processed in a timely fashion, please contact Webrick customer service department for a Return Authorization.

All products returned to Webrick must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach Webrick without damage and please note that the parcel is for "return products".

Note: Webrick does not bear shipping costs for returns, except for quality issues.

 

Return Tips:

1). Please contact customer service at support@webrick.com to get the "return address".

2). Wrap the package carefully. All return items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3). Declare the package as “Return Goods”, which will help you avoid customs fees.

4). Please use local mail post to arrange the return.

5). Please arrange the return of the package and offer us the tracking number and tracking website within 5 days after getting the Return Authorization from our customer service.

 

Part orders

Please note that we do NOT accept ANY returns as all parts orders are customized orders. However, we accept ONE replacement request per order. Generally, we will reship any damaged, or defective items. Just feel free to contact us at support@webrick.com.

However, as many of the orders are customized, which requires a heavy labor workload to pick out every single brick from a large storage, missing parts in some orders is unavoidable. For this issue, please refer to the following policy.

 

Missing parts

If your order misses part(s), please email us at support@webrick.com with an Excel document, following the format:

Part ID (LEGO design ID) + Color name or Color ID(LEGO color ID) + Quantity

If you miss a large quantity, you can contact us directly without providing the document above.
