Return & Refund Policy
- If an order hasn't shipped out: Please contact us. We will help you cancel the order and give you a full refund. The refund will return to you within 1-3 business days.
- If an order has already been shipped: Each brick order is hand-picked and packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained. Returns are not accepted, but we will gladly reship any missing items or damaged, defective items immediately.
- Bricks orders are customized orders. We need a lot of time to work on brick sorting. We need to charge you 20% of the amount if you need to cancel the order after 48 hrs starts from the time of order been placed.
If damaged parts, missing parts, or quality problems happened, you can contact our customer service for a replacement.
