Who is webrick.com?
We’re a Chinese company and our office is based in Shen Zhen, Guangdong. We don’t manufacture bricks and our mission is to keep trying to be the best LEGO® compatible plastic bricks service platform including brick sourcing and sorting service. We work with the best parts manufacturers like Gobricks, sembo, Kazi, decool etc to bring the biggest range of parts for adult enthusiasts’ MOC and custom building with the highest quality.
How long will it take for my order to be packed and delivered?
Generally speaking, it needs as short as 3 business days(if pure default parts are included) and as long as 15 days(Gobricks parts are included). The processing time is different based on different situations.
How is the color consistency on the parts from different sources compared to getting them all from Gobricks?
The color consistency is best with Gobricks because all parts are from a singular source, default parts are from different factories and different brands. But clutch and quality are fine with default parts from the feedback of our community. People’s feelings are different so the best option is to take a test order to check by yourself.

What if I order a part list that is currently 95% successfully matched? Should I just wait for it until it turns to 100%?
I would suggest you order as soon as you can if the match rate is over 95% because the inventory of each item changes every few minutes, which means if you wait for A item may be B item turns out of stock when A is ready.
I missed some pieces I meant to order. Is there any way to combine it with my existed order before it ships?
All our orders are customized services and once the order has been generated then it will be processed to the sorting step and it will require much extra manpower and communications if we are required to add extra pieces to the previous order. So we don't take any requirements about adding extra pieces into processing order no matter Gobricks or default parts involved.
What to do if my order is missing pieces?
We accept one replacement request per order without a time limit. Check the detailed policy our missing or broken parts policy
