Whether you're starting a new project, preparing parts for a build, or getting materials ready for an event, nothing slows you down more than sorting pieces, checking quantities, or searching for tiny parts.
In most cases, you already know exactly how you want your parts to be organized. You plan your builds, structure your projects, and prepare everything the way it should be.
But the reality is that parts often arrive mixed or unorganized, forcing you to rebuild your structure from scratch once the shipment arrives.
That's where Webrick comes in. We remove the unnecessary sorting and restructuring you shouldn't have to repeat. Your time should go into your build, not into reorganizing parts. And we are able to do this because Webrick and the factory now operate as a single system. With integrated production, inventory, and fulfillment, we can align our process to match the structure you create.
Our goal is simple: you focus on your creation, project, or business, and we handle the rest. In the parts market, this level of list-based precision has never been possible. Webrick is the first to make it real.

What Does This Mean in Practice?
Webrick treats every list you create as its own independent pack.
Whether you:
- add parts manually from product pages (all manually added SKUs count as one list),
- upload one list file,
- or upload several list files,
Each list becomes one pack.
One list → one pack
Three lists → three packs
Five lists → five packs
No mixing between lists and no splitting within a list.
Your lists define your packs.
How Webrick Packs According to Your Lists
Step 1 — SKU-Level Packing
Each SKU in your list is picked from its warehouse location and packed into small bags.
Step 2 — One List, One Pack
After SKU picking, all small bags belonging to the same list are consolidated into one clearly labeled List Bag.
This step ensures strict list separation.
Each List Bag contains:
- all parts belonging to the list
- all the small bags packed for the list
- no mixing with any other list
This final step guarantees that one list always becomes one complete and independent pack, making your workflow clean, predictable, and easy to manage.
Step 3 — Clear Labeling for Every List Bag
Every List Bag is clearly labeled with your list name or file name, making it easy to identify which pack belongs to which project.
Step 4 — Order-Level Consolidation
When your order includes multiple lists, each list is packed as an independent List Bag. Once all List Bags in the order are completed, they are combined into a single shipment.
This ensures that:
- Every list remains fully separated inside its own pack
- All lists belonging to the same order ship together
- Your order arrives as one complete and organized delivery
- You no longer need to split your order into multiple shipments just to keep lists separated, which helps reduce shipping costs
Even in multi-project or multi-event workflows, you receive a clean, unified shipment with each List Bag clearly separated and ready for use.
Why Packed-by-List Matters
Packed-by-List does more than organize your parts — it transforms your building workflow.
- Save Hours of Sorting
All parts for a list arrive pre-sorted by SKU and packed together, dramatically reducing prep time. - Avoid Errors and Missing Parts
Separated lists prevent accidental mixing, lost pieces, or confusion when working on multiple builds. - Improve Workflow for Studios & Bulk Buyers
Studios can manage dozens of builds at once: Each list comes in its own bag, clearly labeled and easy to store or distribute. - Better Inventory and Project Control
You always know which parts belong to which design — zero ambiguity. - A Cleaner, More Enjoyable Build Experience
Just open one bag and start building. No setup required.
Why can Webrick do this?
Packed-by-List is possible because Webrick integrates factory operations, digital part-list processing, Infinite Mode (What is Infinite Mode?), and warehouse automation into one connected system. With more than 30,000 SKUs in active production, Webrick manages inventory directly at the manufacturing source, ensuring stable availability and accurate picking. Infinite Mode extends this capability even further by using continuous production planning and dynamic inventory scheduling, so parts remain orderable in any quantity and lists can be fulfilled consistently without stock limitations.
In the warehouse, thousands of lists move through a standardized workflow every day—picking, small-bag packing, list consolidation, labeling, and dispatch—making each step repeatable and reliable at scale. The entire system has been shaped by years of feedback from designers, MOC creators, studios, educators, and workshop organizers, all with the goal of reducing manual effort and delivering every list as a ready-to-build pack that reflects your original structure.
Packed-by-List is built to respect your list and simplify your workflow. Whether you are building for yourself, for a project, or for a larger team, each list becomes a clear, independent pack that is ready the moment it arrives.
Your plan becomes a ready-to-build pack.
You plan it.
We pack it.
